Roger F Deegan,or Roger,is a friendly tank barge which is owned by the Star Fleet which was built in 1969 by WYATT DIV,US INDUS INC.He was owned by USS GREAT LAKES LLC and the Sodor Seas Fleet before being transferred to the Star Fleet with Frank.he is friends with everybody,even the Z-Stacks and is the Robert F. Deegan's only brother.
