Commissar Murashenko is a Harbour Tug who serves as a Political Officer in the Soviet Red Navy. He arrived in Bigg City in in the spring of 1924, and attempted to arrest Hannover for hostile actions against Russia. He caused a great deal of trouble around the port, and was greatly dislike.
One morning, two weeks after his arrival, he was found aground on Dender Rocks. Port authorities listed it as a suicide - however he had actually been destroyed on Hannover's orders...
