Ralph is a tank engine owned by the Dock Railway (BCDR). He works as a switcher but often serves as a replacement engine for other incapacitated engines, and has pulled the Starlite Express on several occasions. On 4/8/2013, he was repainted into the same scheme as Cury and Pierre. In 2014 he was repainted back into Pennsylvania Railroad colors.
