Will is an tug that once lived in London. He is obsessed with Shakespearean acting, and often recites lines from Shakespeare's plays without warning, annoying the other tugs.
Will's basis is the Request, a small tug built in 1902 by George Brown and Co. Ltd, and is believed to have been scrapped in 1950.
