Bertie is the 9th Tug To Join Captain Star's Star Fleet. He Was Originally Part Of The Z-Stacks. But Bertie was fun and cheerful. He challenged Ten Cents To A Race. and afterwards Captain Zero Sold Him to Captain Star.
